Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
